The PaleoCuisine Diet is for you if you’re serious about improving your health.
Doing so using this diet starts with understanding that the modern diets of today, are actually thought to be founded on the idea that our genes are in fact, determined by life conditions that were shaped back in the time of caveman, more than a million years ago. There are many foods that we consume today that did not even exist 10,000 years ago. These foods came into being due to advances in farming and the development of plants such as wheat.

So if you want to eat healthier, try rolling back the clock and start eating like a caveman. First things to consider, no processed foods are allowed. That means you cannot eat anything that comes in a box.
Only fresh fruits, veggies, and meats are allowed on the Paleo diet. The diet calls for lean meat and allows for some organ meat, like liver and tongue. Cavemen like their eggs just as much as modern men, but they did refrain from dairy products. The diet does suggest that you have no more than six eggs a week.
Contrary to what was thought previously, fats can be good for you. Just be sure they are monounsaturated fats, better known as the “good fats” which are known to protect your heart and support your health overall.
Nuts fall into this group but keep in mind that they have lots of calories which could cause you to gain weight.
There is good news in that as you stick to the Paleo diet, your metabolism will increase and you’ll be able to handle more calories. Also, nuts have been shown to reduce the risks of heart disease and some cancers.
In addition to banning foods that come in a box, you’ll want to add a few more items to your list. Also at the top of your list add sugar and sweeteners of any kind such as syrup. Don’t indulge in drinks that contain sugar, such as sodas.
Next, the PaleoCuisine diet calls for eliminating grains such as bread, pancakes, bagels, pasta, cereals, and a host of other foodstuffs. Also on the list of forbidden items are dairy products. That means no milk, cheese, or butter which cavemen never ate.
The PaleoCuisine is a high-protein diet. Research has shown that high-protein diets are most advantageous in aiding with weight loss, even without the benefit of any physical exercise. The benefits of eating heart-healthy, fat, grain, and dairy redistricted meals cannot be overstated.
